Finally, for many the wait is soon to be over. World of Warcraft is going to be receiving it’s latest expansion at the slightly later date of November 23rd, 2020. Originally set for release on October 26th, this delay isn’t as bad as originally expected. Check out the latest story trailer released yesterday, below:
The pre-patch released a few weeks back now and has had new and returning players rushing to level-50 in the new streamlined experience. I am a big WoW fan, yeah I wouldn’t call myself an OG as I came in around the end of Cataclysm/Mists of Pandaria, but I do love the game. Battle for Azeroth really has overstayed its welcome and now we can finally start a new, interesting story in the heart of the Shadowlands. I recently jumped back in to level a new alt ready for the launch, but I am going to be honest, the gameplay really is beginning to feel dated to me now. Recently, I have been playing Black Desert Online so it’s no wonder as that game has some of the best action-rpg combat in the genre.
The pre-launch event is expected to begin in 11 days on November 10th, so whether you will be tucking into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla or playing through some pre-launch content, November is heating up to be a great month of gaming – despite Cyberpunk 2077‘s latest delay. I have my current sub until the end of November so I am sure I will check out the pre-launch event. Usually I would buy the expansion and play into the late hours of the night on launch, but I don’t think I am feeling it this time. Maybe, who knows?
Will you be playing Shadowlands? Let us know – I am on Hellfire so maybe see you there.
